Your Booking

You can now view your booking online through the link in your confirmation email. This is also where you can pay your remaining balance, which is due by 25th June 2026. Please note that bookings with unpaid balances after this date will be automatically cancelled.

If you have to cancel or make any changes to your booking, you can do so via the amendments page on our website HERE.

The Hotel

The 5* Kalimera Kriti Hotel, set just outside the charming fishing village of Sissi, provides the perfect backdrop for Viva Crete. This expansive beachfront resort spans 240,000m² of beautifully landscaped Mediterranean gardens, offering a setting that feels both serene and spacious. With its long sandy beaches, impressive sea views, and unforgettable sunsets, the location blends natural beauty with a calm and inviting atmosphere.

Board Basis

Half board: breakfast and evening meal included.

Full board: breakfast, lunch and evening meal included.

Dietary Requirements

The kitchen staff are very good at catering to dietary requirements, if you’d like to discuss anything specific with the the hotel prior to your arrival, you can contact them HERE.

Tourist Tax

Please note that all guests staying in hotels across Greece are required to pay a government-mandated tourist tax upon arrival. The amount is set by the Greek authorities and varies depending on your room type and hotel category. This fee is collected directly by the hotel at check-in or check-out and is not included in your holiday package cost. The cost will be approximately 15 euros per room, per night.

Travel Information

Flights and airport transfers are not included in our packages, as it is more convenient for travellers to book for their nearest airports at their preferred times.

Flights

The closest airport to the hotel is Heraklion International Airport, we recommend checking the following airlines for the best deals: EasyJet, Ryanair, Jet2 and British Airways.

The hotel is situated approximately 40 minutes from the airport.

Transfers

Transfers can be booked via one of the many companies that operate in Crete. For example Hoppa.com or Holiday Extras. Alternatively, We will be working with a local transfer company and we will send out more information regarding this in 2026.

Taxis

There’s a taxi rank opposite the airport terminal.
