Your Booking
You can now view your booking online through the link in your confirmation email or HERE. This is also where you can pay your remaining balance either in full or in instalments, your balance is due by 26th February 2027. Please note that bookings with unpaid balances after this date will be automatically cancelled.
If you have to cancel or make any changes to your booking, you can do so via the amendments page on our website HERE.
As outlined in the holiday details, a 2% WeTravel administration fee applies to all bookings. This fee will be clearly displayed before any payments are made.
The Hotel

Universal Lido Park & Spa is a 4-star hotel in Paguera with direct access to the area’s main beaches, just 50m from La Romana Beach and 100m from Gran de Torà Beach.
Ideal for beach lovers and active travellers, the hotel offers easy access to hiking routes, tennis courts, golf courses, and excellent cycling facilities, including bike storage and a repair area. Guests can also enjoy the gym and the recently opened spa, featuring thermal facilities, wellness treatments, a sauna, and massages for ultimate relaxation after a day of activities.
Board Basis
Half board: breakfast and evening meal included.
Extra Nights
You can book extra nights directly via the hotel website soon, a discount code will be made available to you as soon as we have relieved one from the hotel.
Dietary Requirements
The kitchen staff are very good at catering to dietary requirements, if you’d like to discuss anything specific with the the hotel prior to your arrival, you can contact them HERE.
Tourist Tax
Please note that all guests staying in hotels across Spain are required to pay a government-mandated tourist tax upon arrival. This fee is collected directly by the hotel at check-in or check-out and is not included in your holiday package cost. The cost will be approximately 5 euros per person, per night.
Travel Information
Flights and airport transfers are not included in our packages, as it is more convenient for travellers to book for their nearest airports at their preferred times.
Flights
The closest airport to the hotel is Palma de Mallorca Airport, we recommend checking the following airlines for the best deals: EasyJet, Ryanair, Jet2 and British Airways.
The hotel is situated approximately 30 minutes from the airport.
Taxis
There’s a taxi rank just outside of the airport terminal, taxis cost around 40-50 EURO each way.
Transfers
Transfers can be booked via one of the many companies that operate in Mallorca. For example Hoppa.com or Holiday Extras.
